I do what I do for the people. I love connecting with my team members every day, working with clients to make their dreams come true, and giving people opportunities to thrive. My goal is always to bring out the artist in all of us—in everything we do.
If you had to give yourself an alternate job title that sums up what you do, what would it be?
I feel like I’m definitely The Motivator. I love showing up for my team and making sure they’re all as excited about the builds as I am.
When did you start with Sunterra?
I started Sunterra in 2008.
What do you love about your job?
Working with people—my team, our clients, and everyone in between—gives me life. Plus, there’s nothing more magical than helping people achieve the home of their dreams.
If you could have any view from your kitchen window, what would it be?
I love houses that look out on the water. Water is spiritual. Water is life. If I could have any view from my kitchen window, a large body of water would be the dream.
What’s your favourite room in your house?
Hands down the living room. It’s a space where you should be able to just relax and unwind. And—hot take—it shouldn’t be all about the TV.
